William V. Dougherty, III, D.D.S.
Dr. Dougherty began practicing in 1988 after he graduated from Georgetown University Dental School. He began his career working alongside his father and then took over the practice in 1992. Before dental school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emittsburg, Maryland. Dr. Dougherty just completed his tenure as President of the Northern Virginia Dental Society and is a delegate to the Virginia Dental Association. He was honored in the fall of 2007 with the status of Fellowship in the American College of Dentists.
In his spare time, he enjoys golf, racquetball, hiking and boating. Dr. Dougherty lives in Arlington with his wife, Tracey and his children, Brett and Olivia and Matthew.
Dr. Dougherty's has taken extensive continuing education in the area of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
Teresa Duncan, M.S.
Practice Administrator
Teresa Duncan received her Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Marymount University. She began working for the practice over 15 years ago. Her favorite part of working in the office is the interaction with patients. She enjoys helping our patients achieve beautiful healthy smiles.
She is also a Fellow and Educator for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists' Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Other memberships include the American Association of Dental Office Managers and currently serves as Vice-President of a local study club, Practice Administrators Leadership Solutions.
Jean Burlingame-Pulley
Financial Coordinator
Jean’s many years of customer service experience are an asset to our practice. Our patients rely on her to help decipher their insurance plans and flexible spending account reimbursements. Her cheerful manner is often complimented – feel free to contact her with any questions. Jean has been with our office for over 7 years. She is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
Katie Rohr, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Katie Rohr is a recent graduate of Northern Virginia Community College. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Salisbury University in 2003. She is a member of the Cambridge Who's Who Among Professionals and participates annually in both Give Kids A Smile and Mission of Mercy projects. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the local component, the Northern Virginia Dental Hygiene Association. Katie enjoys being active in her community, taking continuing education classes, running and spending time with her husband, Tom.
Chante Medina 
Dental Assistant
Chante is our new rockin' assistant who joins us from O'ahu, Hawaii and has brought the 'Aloha Spirit' from the isles, with her. She brings years of experience to our practice and we are confident that she will do all she can to meet your needs. She is currently a full time student with the University of Phoenix working toward an associate's degree. Although she misses surfing and spending days at the beach, a few of her recent hobbies include exploring the metropolitan area and catching the latest movies with her husband, Frank.
